Please follow the directions carefully!

We are offering members in good standing a single page where they can display up to 6 pictures.  Each picture must be .jpg or .gif format and may not exceed 400 pixels at its widest or longest dimension (in other words, no dimension can be longer than 400 pixels). Each page will contain the artist's name, and email address, a brief statement, and the artwork.  The Guild will receive 25% of any sale made through this service.  Email plymouth@plymouthguild.org with questions or submissions. 

To submit:  Make sure you size and name your pictures as follows:

Please show only the picture without frames and backgrounds.

1. No image larger than 400 pixels at widest/longest dimension.

2. Please use the following naming convention for your images:
yourlastname1.jpg
yourlastname2.jpg  and so on for each picture.  This helps to keep artists' files organized on the server.

3. In your email, list the title and medium of each piece to its corresponding file name.
(example: yourlastname1.jpg - Sunset - oil
              yourlastname2.jpg - Moonrise - pastel)

3. Provide us with your name as you would like it to appear, and your email address and website address (if applicable).

4. To take advantage of this service, you agree to pay 25% commission to The Guild for any artwork sold via the site.

5.  You may submit up to 6 images, and are welcome to replace old work with new as needed.

WARNING: Failure to follow the directions will delay the creation of your gallery page.  If you need help, please enlist a friend with computer savvy to assist you.
