About the Artist: John, a long-time resident of Hanover, Massachusetts, earned his BA at Bridgewater State College with a concentration in Fine Arts. He enrolled in a pastel class instructed by Liz Haywood-Sullivan and completed a workshop by Albert Handell and Anita Louise West. John is a member of numerous art societies and his works have won awards and honorable mentions. His paintings have been sold to individual clients as well as art galleries in the South Shore region. He spent his career illustrating and designing in the graphics art industry after graduating from the New England School of Art in Boston. John is currently teaching a pastel class at the Duxbury Art Center.
